Shipping Policies

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from payment

Within Italy and Europe:
By default, all orders are shipped via Italian Post Priority mail service with delivery confirmation. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Registered Mail service (with tracking number) and DHL express service is also provided.
Priority mail service
To Italy: 2-3 working days
To Europe: 5-6 working days
DHL: to Italy 1-2 working days
DHL : to Europe 2-3 working days


Outside Europe:
By default, US and International orders are shipped via Italian Post International Priority mail service with delivery confirmation. Tracked Parcel and Express service are also available. Please use the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to find estimates based on your location. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements. Please note we are not responsible for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by shipping agents worldwide.

 

Priority mail service
To USA and Canada: 11- 20 working days
To Australia: 14-20 working days
DHL: to Usa and Canada 3-4 working days
DHL : to Australia 5-6 working days

 

International Shipments
Cross-border shipments may incur customs and/or brokerage fees. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be incurred 18 Waits. Likewise any customs or brokerage fees applied to international returns will be the responsibility of the returner.
 
Return Policies

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied write us to: edocollection@icloud.com

We will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are final on discounted items.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a trackable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.
